Richard W. Bendheim, Founder
Richard W. Bendheim founded Benrich Service Company in 1962 and was heavily involved in the chemical industry from 1958. He was instrumental in the introduction of the Aquadene water treatment to Southern California dealing mainly with architects, plumbers, school districts and the apartment industry.
Richard earned a degree in Business Management from The University of Southern California. He passed away in 1985.
Peter Bendheim, President/Owner
As President / Owner, Peter W. Bendheim is responsible for the operations and organization of Benrich Service Company. He joined the firm in 1970 with responsibilities dealing mainly with sales and service. In 1985 he became president and since then has led Benrich Service Company, which deals in water treatment, plumbing and water heating service and repair. Mr. Bendheim has been instrumental in the expansion of Benrich Service Company which includes offices in Southern California, Northern California and Phoenix, Arizona.
Mr. Bendheim earned a degree in Finance from the University of Southern California.
Redge F. Henn, Vice President
As Vice President, Redge F. Henn has a “global” perspective of the company and its operations. Redge is integrally involved in the overall operations of the water treatment division and he is very active in sales and public relations.
Redge became a part of the Benrich family in 1976 working side-by-side with Peter Bendheim installing and servicing the Benrich Water Treatment systems. He performed field service duties for more than 10 years before being promoted to an outside sales position. In 1996 Redge was promoted to his current Vice Presidential position.
Redge attended Orange Coast Community College in Costa Mesa, California and finished his academic career at the University Of Arizona before coming to work for Benrich Service Company.
Jason E. Ryalls, Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Jason E. Ryalls is responsible for the day to day operations of Benrich Service Company’s plumbing and boiler service divisions throughout California and Arizona. He is also responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and consulting on the national boiler preventive maintenance program for a large national restaurant chain.
Jason joined Benrich Service Company in 1989 as a water treatment service technician. In 2003 he was promoted to Operations Manager and in 2008 he became Vice President of Operations. Jason has 20 years experience in the service and repair of hot water boilers and heating system operations.
